    John Cajayon – Senior Business Systems Analyst, CSIO

    John is an innovative and results-oriented business analyst with a passion for delivering high-quality, easy-to-use solutions. With over 6 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, he is responsible for supporting the advancement of XML and JSON standards at CSIO, which includes managing the development and launch of the refined eDocs Standard.

    John currently runs CSIO’s National Standards Working Group and the new Ontario Auto Reform Steering Committee. Prior to CSIO, John was a Business Systems Analyst at Aviva Canada. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from the University of Calgary’s Schulich School of Engineering.

    The Canadian Association of Special Investigation Units (CASIU) is an association comprised of insurance investigators and business professionals. We combat insurance fraud through education, training and by developing a greater awareness of insurance fraud.  Networking opportunities exist within our association. We encourage networking as it promotes learning and the ability to become acquainted with current trends and innovative ways of combating insurance fraud. CASIU also strongly encourages high professional standards of conduct. We support legislation, coordinate and cooperate with law enforcement and criminal justice on fraud related issues.

    About IAATI

    Northeast Chapter of the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators serves professionals involved in the field of vehicle theft investigation, insurance fraud and vehicle crimes in Northeastern USA and the Eastern Provinces of Canada.

    Today, NE-IAATI is composed of hundreds of active and retired law enforcement officers, insurance SIU investigators, vehicle fraud investigators, and automotive experts from both sides of the border.

    The Northeast Regional Chapter received its charter from the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators (IAATI) on January 24, 1972. The founding charter members recognized the present and future need of an organization that would serve those persons involved in the field of vehicle theft investigation in the Northeastern USA and the Eastern Provinces of Canada.

    The Northeast Chapter of IAATI is dedicated to developing and encouraging the highest professional standards of conduct among investigators. Education, networking and advancement is the motto of NE-IAATI and true success in auto crime investigations comes from all three.
